Very simple to make, every day ingredients, cheaper than buying a loaf of bread. The basic dough is a very nice bread recipe on its own, but then you can add any ingredients to make it fancy. I like rosemary/sea salt and pepper/lemon juice/garlic the best.

  1. 3 cupflour
  2. 4 tspbakig powder
  3. 1 tspsea salt
  4. 1 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1/4 cupolive oil
  6. 1rosemary, or cinnamon/raisin, or orange/lemon, or any kind of ingredients

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients (except others such as rosemary)

  2. 2

    Mix milk and oil in. Stir until dough formed.

  3. 3

    Mix in rosemary (or other ingredients).

  4. 4

    Grease a 9" diameter, 2" deep baking pan with olive oil or butter. Add dough.

  5. 5

    Bake at 400 for 40 mins in toaster oven (if big enough) or oven.
