Ingredients

  • 2 canpork & beans (28 oz total)
  • 1/2 lbbacon, chopped
  • 1 largeonion, diced
  • 2 cupmushrooms, sliced
  • 1 largebell pepper, chopped (green or red, your preference)
  • 4 clovegarlic, minced
  • 2 mediumtomatoes, diced
  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 cuppicante
  • 1 canpineapple tidbits (8oz)
  • 1 canDr. Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry bacon, drain grease, then saute vegetables.

  2. 2

    Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
