Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspButter
  2. 2finely chopped rosemary leaves
  3. 2 tbspflour
  4. 1 cupchicken stock
  5. 1/3 cupdark amber maple syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    add a couple tablespoons butter to pan.

  2. 2

    When the butter has melted, stir in the rosemary and cook for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle in the flour, stir for 1 more minute

  4. 4

    Whisk in the stock

  5. 5

    Season with salt and pepper, to taste

  6. 6

    Add the syrup.

  7. 7

    Reduce heat to low.
