Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspoil
  2. 1onion
  3. 2chicken breasts
  4. 1225g chorizo sausage
  5. 1red pepper
  6. 1/4 cuptomato paste
  7. 2 tsppaprika
  8. 1garlic clove
  9. 1 bagfrozen seafood mix
  10. 1chicken stock cube
  11. 1 cupcooked peas
  12. 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  13. 1juice from one lemon
  14. 2 cuprice
  15. 1fresh black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Start by cooking your rice for about twenty minutes.

  2. 2

    Slice and cook your chicken breasts.

  3. 3

    Chop and peel your onion.

  4. 4

    Seed and slice your red pepper.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a paella pan.

  6. 6

    Disolve chicken stock cube in one cup of boiling water.

  7. 7

    Add onion to paella pan and fry until soft.

  8. 8

    Add all other ingredients, apart from rice and pepper.

  9. 9

    Let simmer for 5 minutes.

  10. 10

    Add rice, and stir until warm through.

  11. 11

    Sprinkle black pepper over dish.

  12. 12

    Serve, preferably with a glass of white wine.
