Ingredients

  1. 2 cansPillsbury flaky layer biscuits or buttermilk biscuits
  2. veg oil for frying
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 tspcinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    heat oil in a heavy bottom skillet or pot. enough to come 1/4 to 1/2 way up side

  2. 2

    mix sugar and cinnamon in a gallon size Ziploc bag or a large bowl set aside

  3. 3

    open biscuits and cut each into quarters

  4. 4

    once oil is heated fry until golden brown and cooked in the middle. this should take 3-4 minutes. be sure to flip them to brown on all sides

  5. 5

    take them out and place on paper towels to drain excess grease. shake or toss in sugar mixture while warm.

  6. 6

    serve with a glass of milk. enjoy
