Ingredients

  1. Cake pan size:
  2. 1-2 cupschopped onion
  3. 1-2 cupschopped celery
  4. 2 stickbutter
  5. 6eggs
  6. 4 canchicken broth
  7. 1 packagesPepperidge Farms cornbread stuffing (use half)
  8. 1 packagesPepperidge Farm Herb stuffing (use half)
  9. 1 packagescroutons
  10. 1sage
  11. Roaster pan:
  12. 3-4 cupschopped onion
  13. 3-4 cupschopped celery
  14. 4 stickbutter
  15. 12eggs
  16. 7-8 canschicken broth
  17. 1 packagesPepperidge Farm Cornbread stuffing
  18. 1 packagesPepperidge Farm Herb stuffing
  19. 2 packagescroutons
  20. 2each sage

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onions and celery in butter until translucent.

  2. 2

    In extra large bowl, mix dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    In a small bowl, beat eggs, then add to dry ingredients, broth and veggies.

  4. 4

    Mix well.

  5. 5

    Pour into greased pan.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hour.
