Ingredients

  • Cake pan size:
  • 1-2 cupschopped onion
  • 1-2 cupschopped celery
  • 2 stickbutter
  • 6eggs
  • 4 canchicken broth
  • 1 packagesPepperidge Farms cornbread stuffing (use half)
  • 1 packagesPepperidge Farm Herb stuffing (use half)
  • 1 packagescroutons
  • 1sage
  • Roaster pan:
  • 3-4 cupschopped onion
  • 3-4 cupschopped celery
  • 4 stickbutter
  • 12eggs
  • 7-8 canschicken broth
  • 1 packagesPepperidge Farm Cornbread stuffing
  • 1 packagesPepperidge Farm Herb stuffing
  • 2 packagescroutons
  • 2each sage

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onions and celery in butter until translucent.

  2. 2

    In extra large bowl, mix dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    In a small bowl, beat eggs, then add to dry ingredients, broth and veggies.

  4. 4

    Mix well.

  5. 5

    Pour into greased pan.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hour.
