Ingredients

  • 4ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1red onion, you may use any kind of onion you like
  • 1minced garlic
  • 1chopped jalapeno, may omit for mild salsa
  • 1fresh dill, chopped
  • 1fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1lime, 2 for extra tangyness
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1a little cummin
  • 1salt & pepper to taste

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy with your favorite kind of chips! My favorite is Hint of Lime Tostitos? This makes about 2 cups of salsa. Don't worry much about exact amounts, it all depends on your taste! :))
