1/2 cupPacked brown sugar
1/2 cupSugar
1egg
1 1/4 cupflour
1/2 tspBaking powder
3/4 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspsalt

Cream together shortening peanut butter packed brown sugar and white sugar

Add the egg

This together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt

Add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture

Roll into balls and smash with a fork

Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes
