Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupholy basil or sweet basil
  2. 1 lbground meat of choice
  3. 7 clovegarlic
  4. 7chili, seeded to taste
  5. 1shallot, large
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 1 tbspfish sauce
  8. 2 tbspDark soy sauce
  9. 1 tbspsweet dark soy sauce
  10. 1 tbspoyster sauce

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    mince shallot, garlic and peppers.

  2. 2

    heat oil and add above paste. stir fry until golden.

  3. 3

    add meat then all Ingredients except basil. adding water if needed to cook meat.

  4. 4

    before removing from heat, add basils, stir well and remove from heat.

  5. 5

    serve over rice with Fried egg.
