4 largeyellow peppers, tops cut off and deseeded, membranes removed
1 cupmilk
2 tbspbutter
1 cupfresh breadcrumbs
1 smallcan sweetcorn
1 mediumegg, beaten
125 gramsgrated cheese
4 tspdried breadcrumbs

heat milk and butter until butter is melted.

remove from heat add fresh breadcrumbs, corn, eggs, seasoning and half the cheese

pour mixture 3/4 full into each pepper.

sprinkle over 1 tsp of dried breadcrumbs and top with remaning cheese

bake for 40 mins in a preheated oven at gas 4 , 180C
