Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchbroccoli
  2. 8 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled
  3. 1/2 cupminced red onion
  4. 1/2 cupdried cranberries
  5. 8 ozExtra Sharp Cheddar, cut in very small chunks
  6. 1 cupMiracle Whip
  7. 2 tbspBalsamic Vinegar
  8. 1/4 cupsugar
  9. 1/2 cuphalved Grape Tomatoes
  10. 1salt and freshly ground pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets

  2. 2

    Place in a large bowl. Add bacon, onion, cranberries and cheese

  3. 3

    In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except tomatoes

  4. 4

    Stir sauce mixture into broccoli mixture.

  5. 5

    Slowly stir in tomatoes

  6. 6

    Refrigerate before serving
