gather all your ingredients

peal banana and cut into slices

spread a small amount of peanut butter onto the flat side of the mini vanilla waffer

place banana on the peanut butter side of the cookie, then place another cookie on top of the banana peanut butter side down

roll finished cookie in the multi colored sprinkles

I thought this would b a quick and easy recipe but it took some time. I only ended up using two bananas because I got tired of rolling them..lol
