Fry the onion, garlic and carrot with littke oil (2 tablespoons)

Add the previous ingredients to the eggs and tofu in a bowl

Add breadcrumbs to get a solid mixture

Let it rest for 5 to 15 minutes

Take some mixture to make the burger, dip in batter and fry.
