Ingredients

Easy
6-7 patties
  1. 1large sweet potato
  2. 1 tablespoonflaxseed meal
  3. 1/2 headcauliflower
  4. 1/2 headbroccoli
  5. 1 cupcarrot
  6. 5 clovegarlic
  7. 1/2onion
  8. 1/3 cuppumpkin seeds
  9. 1/3 cupwalnut
  10. 2 tablespooncayenne
  11. 2 tablespoongarlic powder
  12. 2 tablespoonvegetable seasoning
  13. 1 tablespoonwhite pepper powder
  14. 1 teaspooncumin
  15. 1 teaspoonsalt
  16. 1/2 cupcoriander

Cooking Instructions

    Bake sweet potato in the oven.

    Soak flaxseed meal in 3 tablespoon water.

  3. 3

    Grind cauliflower and broccoli in a food processor. Strain using cheese cloth to remove excess water. Put in a bowl.

    Grind carrots, garlic, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and onion. Mix with remaining ingredients.

    Scoop out the sweet potato flesh and mix altogether.

  6. 6

    Combine with all seasonings and mix in coriander.

  7. 7

    Form patties and freeze until using.

  8. 8

    Bake on high for 15 minutes then flip and bake for another 15 minutes until patties are firm and golden.
