  • 2 lbfresh jalopenos
  • 2 boxcreamcheese
  • 1 packagesmild sausage
  • 1 packageshot sausage
  • 1 cupshredded sharp chedder
  • 4 tbspsour cream
  • 1 lbbacon

    heat oven to 350

  2. 2

    half peppers and scoop out seed pods( wear gloves)

  3. 3

    mix cooked sausage cream cheese sour cream and shredded cheddar in large bowl

  4. 4

    fill peppers with filling

  5. 5

    cut bacon in half and wrap jalopeno

  6. 6

    secure with toothpick

  7. 7

    bake until bacon is crisp
