I wanted to make a cute and colourful omelette.

When you tear the tomatoes apart, watch out for the spraying juice!
I only used one egg for the omelette in the photo, but you can use two for extra volume, and it will be easier to roll as well. Recipe by Emimafin

Ingredients

  1. 1Egg
  2. 2Cherry tomatoes
  3. 3 pinchof granules Soup stock cube
  4. 1 tbspMayonnaise
  5. 1Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Break the egg in a bowl and beat. Add the tomatoes, which you pierced with a fork and tore by hand, the mayonnaise and soup stock. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Pour the egg mixture into a pan with heated olive oil. Spread the tomatoes out evenly with chopsticks. Roll the omelette to finish.
