Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchFresh Mint leaves
  2. 150 gramssugar

Cooking Instructions

    In a coffee grinder add mint leaves and sugar, grind.

  2. 2

    Put the mint sugar on a tray and let it dry for a day. Grind it again if required.

  3. 3

    Use the sugar in black tea or make mint cupcakes with it or sprinkle it over a dessert.
