1 lbFresh Carrots
1 cupBrown Sugar
1/3 stickButter, sliced into pats
1 dashCayenne Red Pepper
1/2 tbspRosemary
1/2 tspEach Salt + Pepper
1/2 cupWater

Wash and shave (shave optional) carrots, then slice into preferred size sticks.

Place all ingredients in sauce pan with water, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
