Ingredients

  1. 1 lbFresh Carrots
  2. 1 cupBrown Sugar
  3. 1/3 stickButter, sliced into pats
  4. 1 dashCayenne Red Pepper
  5. 1/2 tbspRosemary
  6. 1/2 tspEach Salt + Pepper
  7. 1/2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and shave (shave optional) carrots, then slice into preferred size sticks.

  2. 2

    Place all ingredients in sauce pan with water, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
