1 lbground beef
1 can[8oz] tomato sauce
1 canmixed veggies, or green beans
ground beef seasoning
1 tbspchicken bullion
1 tsppepper
1 dashgarlic powder
1 dashpaprika
1 dashbasil
1 dashcumin

Defrost and cook ground beef. Smash it until dark brown

Remove excess liquids from meat & add seasonings to the meat and stir

Add tomato sauce & veggies

I usually serve with Mexican rice on the side
