Steps

Wash and soak 1 cup rice with tap water in a glass bowl 4 times until rinse water is clear

Place drained rice in stove top and add 2 cups of water and let soak for 5 minutes

Turn on heat to level 8 until it comes to a boil in covered saucepan and add 1 teaspoon of butter

Turn down heat to level 5 and keep saucepan covered until water has evaporated

Turn off heat and serve
