Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2-3 lbsMutton liver
  • 1Red onion( small pearl onion 15
  • 10small Garlic gloves
  • 1 1/2 as neededInch ginger
  • 3-4Green chilli
  • 2 tspPepper corn whole
  • 1-1 1/2 tspFemmels
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 2 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tbspCoconut oil
  • 2 tspCoriander powder
  • 2 stickCurry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind: Garlic, ginger, green chili & onion (pearl)

  2. 2

    Grind separately: black pepper & Fennel seed

  3. 3

    Add 1 Tbs coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds

  4. 4

    Add turmeric, chili & coriander powder

  5. 5

    Add ground ingredients, fry until oil separates

  6. 6

    Add liver & bring to boil

  7. 7

    Close lid cook on low flame for 20-25 min

  8. 8

    Remove lid & cook until water evaporates

  9. 9

    Add oil fry by adding salt & curry leaves medium heat for 10-12 min

  10. 10

    Once dark brown, sprinkle freshly ground pepper & serve
