Grind: Garlic, ginger, green chili & onion (pearl)

Grind separately: black pepper & Fennel seed

Add 1 Tbs coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds

Add turmeric, chili & coriander powder

Add ground ingredients, fry until oil separates

Add liver & bring to boil

Close lid cook on low flame for 20-25 min

Remove lid & cook until water evaporates

Add oil fry by adding salt & curry leaves medium heat for 10-12 min

Once dark brown, sprinkle freshly ground pepper & serve
