Boil 8 cups water and take off the heat

Put flour sticks and broccoli in the hot water and soak for 3-5 minutes. Strain and set aside.

Scramble the eggs and set aside

Sauté the meat with 2 tbsp oil until done and set aside

Add 1tbsp oil to same pan and sauté onions, garlic and pepper for 5 mins.

Add the noodles, broccoli, and eggs to the pan and cook for another 3 mins on high heat, stir frequently.

Remove noodles from heat and toss in sauce.

Serve noodles with peanuts sprinkled on top.
