My mom god bless is a very picky eater but as kids my sister and I and my father loves sea food and fish. This was the only way my mother prepared fish when I was a child and it was so simple and good. Every now and again I get a craving for moms salmon.

My mom god bless is a very picky eater but as kids my sister and I and my father loves sea food and fish. This was the only way my mother prepared fish when I was a child and it was so simple and good. Every now and again I get a craving for moms salmon.

Mix dried onions and worcestershire together in a bowl. Add pepper to tease if desired. Allow to set until onions start to soften.

If onions soak up too much liquid and you don't feel you can brush it on add a small amount of water.

Place salmon on prepared pan. Brush with onion mixture.
- 4
Place in oven at 350. Baste with onion mix every 5-10min to keep fish moist. Cook until salmon is pink and flakes easily. About 20min depending on size.
