Garlic Feta Cheese Spread & Dip

My ISP was down for over 4 hours last night. No internet, phone, TV, or digital library access. So I turned to another favorite addiction, Garlic Feta Cheese Spread! I have NO willpower whatsoever when this is in my fridge. Seriously. I once begged my brother to hurry over and take some home with him because I was about to eat the whole batch. He was happy to oblige.

Steps
- 1
NOTE: This recipe has a VERY STRONG garlic flavor. If you prefer a milder garlic taste, use just 2 garlic cloves.
- 2
With the chopping/blending blade in your food processor, add all ingredients.
- 3
Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes, scraping down sides with a spatula once or twice as needed.
- 4
Store cheese spread in covered container in refrigerator. OPTIONAL: If using as a dip rather than a spread, you can loosen a bit by mixing in some Greek yogurt.
