Mix flour, sugar, yeast.

Pour in warm milk and egg, mix together.

Add butter and salt, the knead for 8 a 10 minutes untill smooth. Raise for 90 minutes until double in size.

Punch all the air out, roll it flat, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon powder then raisin.

Roll the dough and cut it 1". Let it raise for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Preheat the fan oven 175C, bake for 15 minutes.

Let it cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle with the glaze.
