Ingredients

6 servings
  • 250 gramsBread flour
  • 1Egg yolk
  • 50 gramsCastor sugar
  • 40 gramsButter / margarine
  • 1 packagesYeast
  • 100 mlWarm milk
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • Filling
  • 3 tbspBrown sugar
  • 2 tspCinnamon powder
  • 1Raisin
  • For glaze
  • 100 gramsIcing sugar
  • 5 tbspCold water
  • 1(Mix icing sugar and water and let it sit)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour, sugar, yeast.

  2. 2

    Pour in warm milk and egg, mix together.

  3. 3

    Add butter and salt, the knead for 8 a 10 minutes untill smooth. Raise for 90 minutes until double in size.

  4. 4

    Punch all the air out, roll it flat, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon powder then raisin.

  5. 5

    Roll the dough and cut it 1". Let it raise for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

  6. 6

    Preheat the fan oven 175C, bake for 15 minutes.

  7. 7

    Let it cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle with the glaze.
