Ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 cupfour
  2. 1/4 cupHershey special dark cocoa powder
  3. 1 cupsugar not brown
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 2 largeeggs
  8. 1/2 cupbutter melted
  9. 3 largeripe bananas
  10. 1 tspvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. 3

    In large bowl whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  4. 4

    In medium-sized bowl combine mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.

  5. 5

    Lightly fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined and batter is thick and chunky.

  6. 6

    Bake about 10-15 minutes until bread muffins have risen and toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  7. 7

    Pour batter into prepared muffin tin.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  9. 9

    Serve warm or at room temperature.
