Cut the chicken into good size cubes, same with the onions.

In a skillet add the oil, heat and add the onions, fry for 3 mins, then add the chicken fry on a lower heat until chicken is near cooked. Add the garlic and stir to mix.

Add salt and pepper, and fry for 5 minutes, then add sweet peppers and lemon juice. Fry for another 5 minutes chicken is now cooked set aside.

In a medium saucepan mix all the ingredients together, including the chunks of pineapple, mix well. Put the mixture on heat bring to the boil, and turn heat down to simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the cornflour in a cup and add 3 tablespoons of water. Stir the mixture, then add it to the sweet and sour, stir and it thickens. Ready to serve
