Jens Holiday Brussels Sprout's

I made these for Thanksgiving and for my Grandmothers birthday last night. I wanted to be able to make roasted Brussels Sprouts without cooking on the stove, so I tried it this way. My family absolutely raved about them. Even my four year old nephew devoured them. I hope you enjoy them as much as my family did.

This is a really easy recipe that only utilizes three item's, the pan for cooking, a cutting board, and a knife. Very easy dish to prepare; measurements don't have to be exact and very easy clean up. Who can't get behind that! :)

You can do so many variations on this recipes, depending on your preferences. For example, use cranberries instead of cherries or a different type of nut. Whether you stick to the recipe or try something else, I would love to hear what you think. :) I hope it adds something special to your next meal or something you decide to eat on its own.

If you have any questions...please don't hesitate to ask.

I am a foodie and I love to eat healthy, delicious food. That is not to say I don't indulge occasionally. ;) I never use recipes, except when baking of course. I just look around the kitchen and figure out what looks good and throw it together. I have never met a recipe that I can't help but tweak. I am not a particularly creative person , except where food is concerned.I love any type of food, but have a special place in my heart for Mexican. I also love lamb and all the meals that can be created from it.My passions are making something from nothing, reading, writing, entertaining, building things, revamping furniture, gardening and preserving foods, and animals; especially helping homeless animals find a forever loving home.I am in love with my ninja, which helps me make everything, and I mean everything from scratch. I make my own nut milks, nut butters, mayonnaise, and any sauces you can think of.I have been told for years I should write down my recipes, but I never do. Now I have the ability to and I couldn't be more excited. I hope you enjoy the food I create as much as I enjoy creating it. I look forward to bouncing ideas off of one another and growing together with this community.Thank you for this opportunity and I look forward to sharing many more recipes with you. I am always open for constructive criticism and ideas of all kinds. I know your feedback will make me better and I welcome it openly.
