Ingredients

  1. 1Sourdough Bread; round; unsliced
  2. 6 ozCheddar Cheese; grated
  3. 6 ozMozzarella Cheese; grated
  4. 3 ozPulled Lobster Meat
  5. 1/2 cupButter; melted
  6. 1 tbspRanch Dressing Mix

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Using a sharp knife, cut the bread in a checkerboard pattern, being careful not to cut to the bottom crust.

  3. 3

    Place the grated cheeses & lobster meat between each cut.

  4. 4

    Mix the melted butter & the ranch dressing mix. Pour over the bread. Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil & place on a baking sheet.

  5. 5

    Bake for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven & unwrap. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
