1/2onion
1/2bell pepper

get your grill up to 350° using apple wood

cut snapper in half salt and pepper it

place foil on grill, then sit snapper on foil ,

slice the lemon,onion,and bell pepper,then spread them over snapper
5

grill till both sides are done
