Clean all the chicken trying to remove as much skin and fat as you can, I remove it from all chicken except drumsticks.

Mix all ingredients, except the butter and the chicken, in a plastic bag . Then add the chicken and toss very well.

Let the chicken rest in the fridge for about 3-4 hours.

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a baking pan, put your chicken and the butter and cover with aluminum foil. Poke some holes in the aluminum foil. And put in the oven.

Turn your chicken after 15-20 minutes. Ready when internal temperature is 175°.

Can uncover and broil for a nice color.
