Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 8Chicken pieces, I used drumsticks, Breast and thighs.
  2. 3 tbspGarlic powder
  3. 1 tspOnion powder
  4. 1 1/2 tbspHam Bouillon
  5. 3 tbspSazonador Total Goya
  6. 5 tbspButter
  7. 1Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean all the chicken trying to remove as much skin and fat as you can, I remove it from all chicken except drumsticks.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients, except the butter and the chicken, in a plastic bag . Then add the chicken and toss very well.

  3. 3

    Let the chicken rest in the fridge for about 3-4 hours.

  4. 4

    Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  5. 5

    In a baking pan, put your chicken and the butter and cover with aluminum foil. Poke some holes in the aluminum foil. And put in the oven.

  6. 6

    Turn your chicken after 15-20 minutes. Ready when internal temperature is 175°.

  7. 7

    Can uncover and broil for a nice color.
