1 cupOlive Oil
1 cupSoy Sauce
2 tbspCider Or Wine Vinegar
1 tbspMustard
2 tbspGreen Onion
1 cloveGarlic, Minced
1 tbspLemon Pepper

Steps

Marinade at least 6 hours.

Place a cedar board directly onto the grill.

Warm cedar up on thrill, place fish skin side down on the cedar.

Cook 375°F for about 20 minutes.

To make a spread, just mash and add mayonnaise, soy sauce, and mustard to taste.
