Ingredients

8 cloveGarlic chopped
2Serrano chiles chopped
3 tbspCilantro leaves chopped
1/2 cupOrange juice
1/4 cupLime juice
1/4 cupExtra virgin olive oil
1Salt

Using a mortar and pestal, mash garlic, Serrano, cilantro and a few pinches of salt until it becomes a paste.

Stir in orange juice, lime juice and oil.
