Ingredients

1 hour
4 servings
  1. 1 packagesfrozen black-eyed peas
  2. 1/2onion diced
  3. Chicken Stock
  4. 4 cupwater
  5. 2pieces of chicken (any pieces you like)
  6. 1 clovegarlic chopped (more or less if you prefer)
  7. 1 dashonion powder
  8. 1 dashwhite pepper
  9. 1 dashseasoning salt

  1. 1

    Bring water to a rolling boil. Add chicken and seasonings for stock. Let boil about 30 minutes then remove chicken pieces (or leave them in if you prefer)

  2. 2

    Add black-eyed peas. They should cook about 25-30 minutes. Add the onions around the last 10 minutes or so.

  3. 3

    Enjoy!
