Dice raw meat.

Add ginger, 1Tsp soy sauce, hoisin sauce to meat coating good.

Marinate covered in fridge for 30 minutes.

IT'S BEST IF USED DAY OLD RICE.

Dice carrots and boil 2 minutes on high.

Dice Scallions. (Set aside)

Heat 2TBS oil in Wok/Pan. -I like to heat the wok 1st then add the oil.

Add marinated meat and stir-fry 3-4 minutes until brown.

Remove cooked meat. (Set aside)

Clean pan heat 2 TBS oil.

Add minced garlic & diced scallions stir-fry 30 seconds.

Add rice, stir-fry 3 minutes.

Make hole in center of wok crack egg in center. (Scrambling in middle)

Mix rice in egg adding meat, carrots and peas.

Top with soy sauce.
