2Pie crust

1Egg wash

Spice Mix: Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon & nutmeg. (Set aside)

Wash & slice apples.

Put 1 pie crust in pan and fill with apples.

Drizzle Carmel over apples.

Add spice mix to apple/carmel filling.

Top with 2nd pie crust.

Brush top with egg wash.

Add some slits in pie crust dough and sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar.
