  • 1 sticktofu
  • 1 loafkembang tahu
  • 4 slicesmoked beef
  • 1 pinchsalt to taste
  • 2 largeegg
  • 1 clovegarlic - minced
  • 1 pinchdried thyme
  • 1 pinchwhite pepper
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 8pete
  • 1 ozfrozen veggies

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak kembang tahu into hot water mixed with salt for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Cut tofu into slices

  3. 3

    Beat the eggs in the large bowl. Add salt, black and white peppers, tofu and mixed it well

  4. 4

    Cut smoked beef into slices

  5. 5

    Preheat a skillet with olive oil

  6. 6

    Put the garlic and fried until smell nice

  7. 7

    Put the slices of smoked beef, cook until browned

  8. 8

    Cut kembang tahu into slices

  9. 9

    Add the eggs mixtured and frozen veggies, scramble it

  10. 10

    Add some salt, thyme, and peppers

  11. 11

    Put pete and kembang tahu in the same time
