In a large nonstick skillet, saute the paprika, thyme, salt, nutmeg, garlic and cayenne in olive (canola) oil for 30 seconds stirring constantly. Add shrimp; sauté for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. *Use cayenne to suit your taste. I have used it with less cayenne for those who do not like food too spicy.
