
Deep fried wonton or egg rolls with dipping sauce

For the filling mix all the filling ingredients (except for the oil) until all combined

Heat the oil to 350 - 375°F Fahrenheit

To make a wonton put one teaspoon of mix in the center of the wonton. Have the wonton in a diamond shape in front of you. Dip your finger into a little bowl of water; run your wet finger on one half of the diamond shape edge. Fold the dry edge to meet the moistened edge and press together, then bring the two far points together and pinch

To make an egg roll put two teaspoons of filling in the middle of an egg roll wrap and fold like an envelope; moisten the top edge and press lightly together

To make the sauce put all ingredients together in a small sauce pan and cook over low heat until thickened

Fry the egg rolls/wontons until golden then drain on paper towel
