Romaine lettuce
Cucumber
Tomato
Bell pepper
Mint
Sumac
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt, to taste
Arugula
Radish

Wash all the vegetables.

Chop the lettuce, radish, cucumber, bell pepper, and tomato.

Add the arugula.

You can also grate some carrot if you like.

Add the dressing: sumac, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to taste.
