Mix together the hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, brown sugar, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper flakes and set aside.

Dredge the chicken pieces in cornstarch.

Heat 2 tbs oil in a wok or pan.

Cook the chicken over medium high heat until done and then set aside.

Add 1 tbs oil to pan, then cook the garlic, onion, green onion, and red pepper for a couple of minutes.

Mix everything together and serve over rice or noodles.
