  1. Chicken Wings
  2. 2 lbchicken wings
  3. 2 tbspbutter, melted
  4. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  5. 1 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1 smallKosher salt and ground pepper
  7. Sriracha glaze
  8. 5 tbspunsalted butter
  9. 1 tbspflour
  10. 1/4 cuphoney
  11. 1/3 cupSriracha
  12. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  13. 1 tbsplime juice
  14. 1 tbspcilantro
  15. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  16. 1/2 tspchili powder

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. 2

    Get the chicken cooking first. In a large bowl, combine butter, vegetable oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Coat wings completely in the mixture.

    Place wings on a baking sheet and into the oven. Bake 20-30 minutes.

  4. 4

    To make the glaze, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Stir in honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, chili powder and lime juice. Add cilantro. Bring to a boil; simmer until slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes.

    When the wings are halfway through cooking time, turn them over and glaze.

    After the wings have finished, douse in glaze and broil for 5-7 minutes until they are crispy.

    garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds
