  • 2chicken thighs; or other parts
  • 1 tbsphoisin
  • 2 tsp5 spice seasoning
  • 1 tsporange peel seasoning
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tsproasted and ground coriander seed
  • 1 tsptoasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1sesame oil; as needed
  • 1salt and white pepper

    Toss chicken in sesame oil. Season with dried spices and sesame seeds. Bake at 350° for approximately 40-45 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165°.

    Glaze with hoisin during last five minutes of cooking.
