Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbGround beef
  2. 8 sliceBacon (cut into chunks)
  3. 1/2Onion, diced
  4. 1 cloveGarlic, chopped
  5. 4 ozCream cheese, softened
  6. 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  7. 2 tbspKetchup
  8. 1/2 cupSour cream
  9. 1/4 cupMayonaisse
  10. 1/2 cupMozzarella, shredded
  11. 1/2 cupCheddar cheese, shredded

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Brown ground beef and drain.

  3. 3

    Cook bacon until crispy, drain off fat (leaving one tablespoon of grease in pan).

  4. 4

    Saute onions and garlic in bacon grease.

  5. 5

    In a large bowl combine all ingredients, until combined. Pour mixture in baking dish and cover.

  6. 6

    Bake between 15 - 20 minutes. Serve warm, with nacho chips or Fritos scoops.
