Ingredients

9 servings
  • 1 1/2 lbbeef
  • 15 ozricotta cheese
  • 1 boxlasagna noodles
  • 16 oz3 (at least) Italian Cheese blend
  • 2Jars Alessi Fra Diavolo
  • 1 tspgarlic
  • 1 tspdry ranch dressing

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    boil noodles al dente

  2. 2

    mix ricotta, ranch and garlic to set aside

  3. 3

    cook and season beef to taste, I use onion powder, a blend of garlic salt and pepper, red peppers and Dale's sauce

  4. 4

    mix sauce and meat leave on simmer

  5. 5

    layer in dish as appropriate

  6. 6

    375° for 30-45 Minutes
