Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1/2 cupuncooked rice
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/3 cupchopped onion
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcelery salt
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1 cantomato sauce
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2 tspWorcestershire sauce

    Heat oven to 350. Mix meat, 1/2 cup, onion, salt, garlic n pepper. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoons into balls. Place in ungreased baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Cover with foil; bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes.
