  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tbsphot water
  • 1 cupshortening
  • 1 cupchopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  • 2 cupquick oats
  • 3/4 cupwhite sugar
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 packagesbutterscotch chips. (6oz.)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream the shortening and sugar.

  2. 2

    Add the eggs, water, flour, baking soda, walnuts, oats, butterscotch chips and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Drop by the teaspoon.

  4. 4

    Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes.

  5. 5

    BE SURE THE COOKIE SHEET IS GREASED!!
