Steps

Wash and Pressure cook Dal for one whistle with Tripple water

Add oil once hot add zeera,garlic,Hing Green chilli.

Add sliced onion satute until brown.

Add salt acc to taste as already put in Dal while pressure cooking.turmeric,dhaniya,red chilli powder and garam masala.

Add chopped tomato satute until mushy and now add dal.

Cook 10 mins until oil comes on side now add kasoori methi and cook 2 more mins.

Please note adjust water according to consistency of water..
